This season has been a mixed one for the Northern the retirement of our long serving captain due to a back problem seem to dent team moral. His successor Ramshaw the might didn't quite have the same motivational skills. However the season was not all bad with only four games being lost and the league won. The one down point was the relinquishing of our strangle hold on the county cup which had been in our possession for the previous three years.
